Organizing stationery, addressing envelopes and monitoring replies.
Finding you a choice of the best suppliers for all your needs to fit into your budget and theme.
Communicate with all your suppliers throughout the lead up to your wedding
Plan and design wedding reception.
Classify style of table plan, seating plan etc.
Organization of gift list and being a point of contact for presents and queries.
Arrange hair and make-up trials and appointments on the day.
Collection of dress, hire wear.
Contact all suppliers to go over all details and contracts one week before wedding.
Mediate with members of the wedding party including the best man, ushers etc.
Detailed lists of accommodation options, with directions for guests. Reserving any rooms required.
Full wedding day attendance from morning to 10 pm although time is negotiable.

Our fees are dependent on the services required by the client as every wedding and event is unique.
For full wedding coordination service we charge a percentage of the full budget or a minimum fee.
So that we can provide you with a specialized exclusive service we like to arrange a free initial consultation at a time and location convenient for you, during which we will discuss your requests and ideas, provide assistance with etiquette and inspiration for themes, ideas, colors and suppliers. Within two weeks of your consultation we will contact you with a written wedding proposal including all of the elements you feel you will need help with and a quote for Elegant Events Miami fees.
This package is designed for those who feel they need help during the last 8 weeks in the lead up to their wedding day. This is the period when suppliers need paying, times and places need to be confirmed, final fittings arranged, the list is endless. I will conduct a meeting with you both 8 weeks before your wedding day to discuss everything which has already been arranged and assist you in the final arrangements up until the big day arrives so you have time to relax. I can also attend the day itself and blend into the background to ensure that everything runs smoothly to make your day the dream day you have always wanted.

Package three: Day of coordination starting at $600
This service is designed to give you peace of mind that someone is on hand to ensure your wedding day is flawless. We take care of all those uncomfortable moments when guests aren’t quite sure where they should be standing or where to place their gifts.
Our services usually begin during the morning of your wedding and services finish shortly after the first dance. We contact and liaise with suppliers during the week before your wedding and offer the following assistance:

Attendance at the wedding service
Support for all the wedding party
Assisting guests to their seating area at the ceremony
Make sure the wedding day runs smoothly
Organization of the reception
Assistance with the receiving line
General promptness on your wedding day
